It is a cold ass morning. I know that might not be the best way to start a new blog but it is. It is the last few days on 2012 and I am having my first smoke of the morning. Still in my pjs and waiting for Jess to come over.
It is worth noting that in less then 6 months Jess and I will be moving to North Carolina, hence what this blog will about. I have never lived outside my city of birth Louisville. It is fair to say that I am a bit nervous. Oh and we are also getting married 2 weeks before the move. Exciting stuff.
Mainly this blog will be about our lives in Raleigh. Finding new places to go, new places to eat, new friends, and new adventures. It is a way for our families back home to see what we are up to. The next couple months will probably have post of getting my house ready to sell, looking for places in Raleigh to live, and general excitement about the move.
I know that move is a while away but 5 months will go by in a flash!!! I am excited to share what we find in Raleigh.
